That’s going to need more than paint. I have the same view on my Rabbit tho. I’ve been looking at lots of wheel options but haven’t even considered fixing the paint.

Body probably isn’t worth saving from the looks of it , but you can always unbolt the wheels and put them on something else or sell them .

I’d’ve scrounged wheels to leave room in the budget for a tune up, shocks/struts, and brakes.

I think those are Konig Rewinds, if so pretty reasonable at around $100 per corner. The Rewinds are 0 offset or close to zero, so fit many older, RWD cars.
